Gynaecology & Obst

In general clinical practice 20-30% of the patients are from Gyn and Obst hence this subject is of prime importance. In Gynaecology we cover the clinical approach to the patient of Gynaecology & Obst. The basics of surgical anatomy, physiology especially through hormonal view point. Differential diagnosis of general symptoms like amenorrhea, menorrhagia (e.g. Amenorrhea is seen anaemia, pregnancy, PCOD, hypothyroidism, TB etc) and their subsequent management.

The most important topic we cover is infertility. Analysis of case by both male and female side, the ultramodern investigations, management of the case and the latest IVF techniques. We have also added a new chapter “Drugs in Gynaecology and Obst” which cover the clinical aspect of the drugs used in Gyn & Obst with their market preparations.
